Which areas do you build in?
Our office is in Pudupakkam, opposite PSBB School. We build across OMR – Siruseri, Kelambakkam, Padur, Egattur, Navalur, Thalambur and Thiruporur – and in Redhills, Ayanambakkam, Koladi and the rest of Chennai.
What is the house construction cost per sq ft in 2026?
Our packages start at about ₹1,999 per sq ft (Basic), ₹2,299 (Standard) and ₹2,699 (Premium) for the built-up area, excluding GST. The final figure depends on design, soil and finishes, and we confirm it after a free site visit.
Can I visit an ongoing construction site?
Yes. We currently have 7 homes under construction in Siruseri and Pudupakkam. Message us on WhatsApp and our engineer will take you around a live site.
Do you help with building plan approval?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and handle the approval file with the local panchayat, DTCP or CMDA depending on where your plot is.
How long does it take to build a house?
A typical 1,500 sq ft G+1 house takes about 7 to 9 months from approval to handover, depending on design and weather.
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. We provide the estimate, drawings and stage-wise documents banks ask for and guide you through the loan process.
Do you design Vasthu-compliant homes?
Yes. Every plan can be prepared to Vasthu for any plot facing, without wasting space.
